this is from the company know as featherweight ,a steamer wardrobe truck used on steamers ,lays flat but on one side of the bottom when laying flat has ball type wheels for easier moving when upright ,I used it for a dresser for a few years with the one side hanging my cardigan sweaters and other socks ,pj's etc etc , worked great ,it is in good shape ,a little wear on the back side when it is standing upright against the wall as you see in the picture, any questions be happy to answer ..pick up in aloha/hillsboro ,see all for sale from estate
