I live in a nice two bedroom Duplex
located in hillsboro n I'm looking to rent
out one of my rooms for a few months.
I'm looking for someone who is neat n will
clean up after themselves, you must be able to
pass background check. Before move in I will
be asking for first n last months rent. (A total of
$$xxxx,00 dollars up front) must have proof of income
so I know I will for sure receive rent on time.
The rent includes utilities. I have washer/dryer
in the unit n a dish washer. I'm looking for someone
who is not into partying or atleast not in my house
LOL someone who is responsible in other words n that
won't have a bunch of overnight guest's.
