I'm currently looking for a roommate.
I live in a nice two bedroom duplex in Hillsboro.
I have washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher for dishes.
I want someone who is neat and quite. (Drama free.)
The price is $550.00 rent and utilities included.
I will need first, last months rent before move in.
I want to rent the room out for
atleast the first 4 months see how things go n then maybe
we can extend it. I will need proof of income if you choose not
to pay money up front.
